The Genetic Human Bill of
Rights
It is in the interests of all humanity to protect the rights to personhood of the Genetic Human
Being in all circumstances.  To the extent that consideration and implementation of the rule of law
relating to the Genetic Human Being is delayed, other interests, including scientific, commercial,
industrial, military, and institutional or governmental interests, may establish definitions, practices,
and precedents for obtaining and using human DNA that may be inimical to the human
experience, personhood and liberty of human beings everywhere.  By using the word "genetic" in
the phrase "Genetic Human Being," a distinction is being made between members of the human
race defined on the basis of biology, and entities of any nature upon whom future societies may
choose to confer human rights for reasons of sentience.
This document acknowledges that, in the future, other biological species, anomalous non-human
individuals or cybernetic entities may be determined to have the quality of sentience, and on that
basis may be granted what have heretofore been defined as human rights.  However, sentience
per se is not a criterion in the definition of the Genetic Human Being.
The use of gender-based pronouns herein does not constitute a basis for any discrimination
against Genetic Human Beings of any gender, or of undetermined or conflicted gender.
