The Genetic Human Bill of
Rights
I. Definitions
Genetic Human Being
This definition is designed to prevent the creation of potentially sentient beings without every
expectation, responsibility, and presumption of the right to human liberty.
A Genetic Human Being is defined as any living organism that has had any brain matter at any point
in its development and has more than one DNA sequence that is unique to human origin or which
performs a function unique to human biology, notwithstanding the circumstances (natural,
technologically-assisted, or artificial) of conception, gestation, or birth of the organism.
This is to prevent living organisms that may have been created from any portion of Human Genetic
Material, intentionally or accidentally, from being treated as non-human.
This is to prevent living organisms with Human Genetic Material that have been created in vitro,
intentionally or accidentally, from being treated as non-human.
This is to prevent living organisms with Human Genetic Material from being defined as non-human for
the purpose of facilitating their enslavement or exploitation.
This provides for single-purpose biological expression of biological factors using recombinant DNA for
the purposes of creating medicines and other commercial materials in vitro, and in non-human
animals, in vivo.
Commercial and scientific production of more complex human proteins may be required to use more
than one in vitro cell line or bearer organism to avoid the requirement to provide the presumption of
human liberty to these organisms.
The phrase "function unique to human biology" is used to extend the concept of uniquely human gene
sequences to include genes that have been conserved in the course of natural selection and
therefore appear in the genome of other species, but which may be expressed in a manner specific to
the unmodified human organism.
Human Genome
The Human Genome is herein defined as all information relating to the sequence of DNA and  RNA
nucleotides, or biological factors not yet discovered, that control or originate in the development of
human bodies, whether such sequences are unique to human beings or not. The Human Genome
also includes variations and new sequences of DNA and RNA or other undiscovered factors that are
unique to and may arise naturally in particular human individuals.
Human Genetic Material
Human Genetic Material is herein defined as any chemical component, including DNA and RNA, or
the protein or other biological constituents coded for by DNA or RNA, or any as yet undiscovered
biological factors and the biological constituents they code for, or any other tissue or cellular
component that may be discovered in the future, in any human being's cells.
Human Genetic Sequence
A Human Genetic Sequence is any combination of nucleotides that may be synthesized or otherwise
produced in the laboratory that replicates, but does not involve the ongoing physical use of, genetic
material that originated in a human body.
Enslavement
To create a Genetic Human Being, as defined herein, for ANY purpose other than or in addition to the
purpose of procreation of human beings constitutes enslavement.
