The Genetic Human Bill of
Rights
VII. Genetic Human Being's Sovereign Right to Maintain Original
Genetic Condition
No person, entity, or organization may compel a Genetic Human Being to carry any foreign genetic
material, human or otherwise, in his or her body.
Legal and scientific scrutiny, with strict bias toward the healthy survival of the subject, is required
prior to any proposed therapeutic introduction of genetic material to correct genetic defects that would
kill or otherwise seriously impair the physical or mental health and well-being of fetuses, minor
children, and incompetent individuals.
Any Genetic Human Being has the right to cause the removal, if possible, of any foreign genetic
material from his or her body at any time, regardless of the potential consequences to his or her
person, including disease or death.
This is to allow for correction, at the will of the Genetic Human Being, of intentional or accidental
diminishment of the Genetic Human Being’s experience of the normal human condition, including all
of its implied limitations or capacities.
No person, entity, or organization may cause a Genetic Human Being to unknowingly carry non-
human or otherwise foreign genetic material in his or her body.
